The work consists of rehabilitation and upgrades to one elevated steel leg water storage tank and one ground level glass-fused-to-steel bolted water storage tank.

Installation of one new booster pump station and rehabilitation and relocation of a second booster pump station for Greenpond Water System to complete an interconnection with Citizens’ Water System

Contract A will provide labor to install approximately 1,345 new Sensus AMR water meters and appurtenances. Contract B will furnish new water meters, transceivers, meter boxes, curbstops, backflows, pressure regulators, vaults, and resetters.

The contract will furnish new Kamstrup water meters, meter boxes, lids, curb stops, backflow preventers, and risers. Additionally, the contract will furnish Kamstrup READy Converter Kit, Kamstrup READy Manager AMR software and Leak Detector module with one (1) year of hosting.

The project consists of installing approximately 850 new water meters and appurtenances.

The project consists of installing approximately 1,000 linear feet of 12” PVC water main along State Route 9 just east of downtown Ashland, AL. Following installation and connection of the proposed water main, approximately 950 linear feet of existing 12” asbestos concrete water main will be grout filled and abandoned.

The project consists of Contract A: Bishop Ridge Road Water Main Replacement; Contract B: Vernon Town Road Water Main Replacement; Contract C: Frog Level Road and Spring Water Source Valve Replacement & Flushing Assembly Installation; Contract D: County Road 9 District Water Meter Installation; Contract E: Town Tank and Smith Hill Tank Upgrades; Contract F: Spring Generator Replacement. There is one set of plans and specifications. The bid form is divided into separate contracts based on the type of work to be performed. Bidders have the option to bid on one contract, multiple contracts, or all contracts.

Installation of a new boathouse storage building and rail access on Spring Creek in Sheffield, Alabama.

The contract provides for an assessment of an existing test well to include physical observation, test pumping, and water quality analysis, along with determination of influence on adjacent wells. Additionally, this contract provides for the exploration and testing of up to four (4) test wells on property already owned by Marbury Water System

The contract provides for a new interconnection with Citizens Water System consisting of a purchase meter with SCADA, approximately 9,645 LF of 8-inch DI water line beginning at the Citizens’ service line and extending to the Tuscaloosa/Bibb County line, and approximately 21,200 LF of 12-inch DI water line from the County Line to the existing Industrial Park Tank and to the existing Million Gallon Tank.
