Sealed bids will be received by the City of Boaz until Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. CST, and then publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing all labor and materials, and performing all work described as follows:
Boaz Outlet Center Property Improvements
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held virtually on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. Instructions on how to attend the virtual pre-bid conference are included in the project manual’s Instructions to Bidders. The project is being funded by the City of Boaz. Compliance with all applicable State and local laws, rules, and regulations are required.
The project consists of improvements to the former Boaz Outlet Center property, including:
Paving and patching of the existing parking lot
Installation of pavement striping and roadway signage
Construction of new concrete sidewalks with curb and gutter
Installation and replacement of reinforced concrete stormwater pipes and inlets
Site grading
Expansion of site lighting
