Sealed bids will be received by the Pinedale Water, Sewer, & Fire Protection Authority at their office, located at 58 Shore Drive, Ashville, AL 35953, until Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. CST, and then publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing all labor and materials, and performing all work described as follows:
New Water Storage Tank & Booster Pump Station
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held virtually on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. CST, via Microsoft Teams. Instructions for attending the pre-bid conference are included in the contract specifications.
This project consists of:
Making improvements to the water distribution infrastructure
Construction of an elevated water storage tank
Booster pumping station
A new purchase meter connection to the City of Ashville.
